I’m wondering where you got these numbers. I went to the wiki site and couldn’t find any numbers of foreign aid per country. I’ve been searching the internet for quite some time and this is the closest I have got to exact numbers of foreign aid given to China per country. If you know where I can find a more up do date list please let me know and email me. Thank you.

What can I say — it *was* there. Check the history.

These figures are incorrect. The correct ones can be found on Wikipedia.
DO NOT USE THESE STATISTICS! Germany donated millions of dollars, not $770, 000.
